Punyabhushan Award presented to octogenarian researcher
and litterateur Dr. Ramchandra Dhere by noted Kannada
writer SL Bairappa in the presence of Mahesh N Kunchwar,
Mayor Mohansingh Rajpal, Dr. Mohan Dharia and Dr.
Satish Desai.
